Having prompt, appropriate treatment can contribute to a faster recovery. The therapists at Northern Lights Physical Therapy are dedicated to providing the highest quality of personalized care to assist you with returning to work, play and life as quickly as possible. Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Northern Lights. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being. Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports Qualifications Graduate (or upcoming) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current (or upcoming) Physical Therapy license in the state of North Dakota Outgoing and energetic personality New graduates are welcome!
