Summary:
Works with autonomy and accountability demonstrating expertise in providing care for a complex patient population. Committed to professional and department growth and enhancement. Must be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of the patients served, mentor staff and students and active in QA/ performance improvement activities. The Staff Therapist III has one year of professional experience.
Other information:
Arkansas State board license. BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy. Minimum of one year of professional experience. Maintain expectations of the career ladder for Level
III. CPR
certification required but can be completed upon hire. This job will be authorized 0.01 hours bi-weekly.
