Physical Therapist - Outpatient / Active Aging Focus 32-40 Hours/Week | Flexible Scheduling | Leadership Opportunities Fremont Therapy & Wellness is looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys helping adults stay strong, independent, active, and confident throughout the aging process. This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys treating a diverse outpatient caseload but has a particular interest in balance, fall prevention, total joint rehabilitation, generalized weakness, mobility limitations, active aging, and women's health through the post-menopausal years. What You'll Treat Your caseload may include: Balance and fall-prevention patients Generalized weakness and deconditioning Total hip, knee, and other orthopedic joint replacements Gait and mobility limitations Older adults working to maintain independence Chronic orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Post-operative rehabilitation Post-menopausal women focused on maintaining strength, mobility, balance, bone health, joint health, and an active lifestyle Patients transitioning back to exercise, community activities, and an active lifestyle A Position You Can Grow Into We are looking for someone who wants more than simply filling a treatment schedule. Flexible Work Schedule This position is full-time can be structured between 32 and 40 hours per week , with multiple schedule options available.

Possible schedules may include:
