Position Details:

This position is responsible for leading data migrations from competitor billing systems to our platform. The position also provides technical and product support to our existing clients.

Preferred Qualifications :

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; strong technical background 5 years of data migration and implementation experience

Skills:

Strong data migration knowledge preferably within a billing system environment Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Experience managing 5 or more associates Ability to work independently while participating in team collaboration Ability to work closely with clients for support matters, migration and implementation activities
