This full-time, on-site position welcomes travel professionals, offering the chance to work closely with students to maximize their mobility and independence in a supportive school-based environment near Bedford, NH. Your day-to-day will center on creating and implementing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with dedicated educators and allied professionals, and tracking student progress to ensure meaningful outcomes. Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (required) Active state licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based physical therapy Strong communication and collaboration skills Adaptability and a passion for working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services for students from preschool to high school Evaluate students functional abilities and develop targeted therapy goals Coordinate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to support students academic and physical needs Maintain clear and accurate documentation for compliance and progress monitoring Educate families and teaching staff on best practices for supporting therapy goals within daily routines
