Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric speech and language therapy in school settings Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with educators, families, and other specialists Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Core Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in preschool and school-age students Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans according to IEP guidelines Conduct group and individual therapy sessions on campus, addressing a variety of pediatric speech and language needs Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans, and maintain accurate records of student outcomes Educate and consult with teachers, staff, and families to support carryover of skills in the classroom and home Participate actively in multi-disciplinary and IEP meetings, contributing to collaborative student success
