Job Description

. Physical Therapist (PT) We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide individualized rehabilitation services and help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility, balance, and functional training.
  • Perform manual therapy and appropriate rehabilitation techniques.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license as required by state regulations.
  • Current BLS certification preferred/required.
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and patient assessment.
  • Previous inpatient, outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
