Full Job Description Position Overview:

Applicant will provide patient evaluations, treatments, documentation and consultation for physical therapy. Candidate will participate in facility committees to enhance the overall care of residents and state of the facility as needed/requested by department director and will provide clinical supervision to department paraprofessionals.

General Responsibilities:

The ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public Ability to carry out treatment plans and maintain evaluations, files and progress notes according to Federal, State, Local and department guidelines Ability to maintain adequate liaison with families and residents Ability to perform administrative duties; must be comfortable using computers

Qualifications:

Requires bachelor's degree or greater in an accredited Physical Therapy program Must be responsible to assure continuing education requirements to meet board regulations Must possess a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the

State of New Hampshire Pay:

$28.71 - $63.44 per hour
