Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time The Elms Center | Milford, NH $45-$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to become part of the rehabilitation team at The Elms Center. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys developing individualized treatment programs and helping residents restore movement, improve physical function, and achieve greater independence.
