$56.95/hour Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements if applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success throughout your assignment What You'll Do Provide outpatient physical therapy services tailored to individual patient needs Assess and develop treatment plans for patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries or conditions like gait disturbances and balance issues Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance mobility and strength Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Document patient progress accurately in EMR (EPIC) Educate patients and families on post-treatment care plans Manage caseload efficiently to meet care goals and timelines What You Need Valid Physical Therapist licensure in New Hampshire Previous outpatient experience preferred Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment This position involves outpatient therapy services in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. The facility specializes in a wide range of rehabilitation services, including orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related recovery programs. The work schedule may require working during holiday blocks, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's periods, with specific scheduling requirements detailed prior to the start date. RTO requests are limited to less than 5 days and must be verified during the interview process.
