Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 2 years current Physical Therapy experience Outpatient experience Orthopedic experience Active American Heart Association BLS All licenses/certs must be current and in hand at time of submission Assignment Details Monday - Friday. 8 hour shifts. 40 hours per week.
