Onsite Responsibilities:

Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments Provide individual and group therapy services Develop and support IEP goals and treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and school support teams Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy Active state PT license School-based experience preferred Why Apply?
