Candidates must be available full days 8:30 am - 3:30 pm for our school program. Conducts accurate and thorough student examinations in the education environment using departmental format. Identifies Physical Therapy Diagnosis and Prognosis to direct appropriate plan of care for each student. Implements effective Procedural (Direct) Interventions for each student based on the results of the assessment process. Provides coordination, communication and documentation to support the student's functional outcome(s) and program needs. Performs student related instruction to support the student's functional outcome(s) and program needs. Provides consultative services within the organization and/or to outside agencies regarding environmental and/or service provision issues. Participates in educational programs intended to enhance the knowledge, skills and competencies of others. Performs transdisciplinary roles to optimize student's carryover of functional outcome(s) and program needs. Participates in department duties and responsibilities necessary to provide effective and efficient services. Participates in training and studies to enhance knowledge base in the specialty practice of Pediatrics and Developmental Disabilities. Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university required. Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience required. New Jersey Physical Therapy License required.
