Current NJ Physical Therapist license (PT) in good standing Previous experience providing PT services in a school or pediatric setting Skill and confidence in conducting evaluations and documenting results Familiarity with implementing therapy goals and delivering IEP-based service minutes Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Professionalism, adaptability, and a passion for fostering student independence Your key responsibilities: Deliver therapy services to students across grades K-8 in a school-wide position Conduct 3-4 evaluations as needed, then provide therapy minutes aligned with evaluation outcomes Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support students functional mobility and participation Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings as required Work collaboratively with educators and related service providers Offer expertise to help create an inclusive and supportive school environment In this role, youll enjoy competitive pay between $56-63 per hour on a W2 contract basis.
