For 10 years, Pursue PT has brought physical therapy and performance training together under one roof. We treat athletes, lifters, and everyday people who want to get back to doing hard things — and we've built the practice around clinicians who take that work seriously. We're hiring a Doctor of Physical Therapy for our Hoboken office at up to $130,000 in total compensation, on a 3 or 4 day clinical work week options, with course-covered continuing education through IOSMT and real 1:1 mentorship from residency- and fellowship-trained clinicians. You'll be expected to think, not run a protocol handed to you. Our Mentorship Program You're paired with a dedicated mentor when you start — one of our residency- and fellowship-trained, board-certified clinicians, matched to your goals Dedicated 1:1 training time built into your schedule — on the calendar, not squeezed between patients Bimonthly group meetings with the other doctors in the mentorship program Regular case discussions and clinical collaboration across all three locations Build sharper differential diagnosis and clinical reasoning, including imaging and diagnostics Sports and performance rehab — return-to-sport testing, strength programming, barbell-based training Career Advancement & Continuing Education Continuing education through IOSMT — course costs are on us, not out of your pocket In-house dry needling training, plus funding for OCS and other board certifications as you pursue them Musculoskeletal ultrasound training toward RMSK certification Access to residency and fellowship training for clinicians who want to go further Compensation & Benefits Total compensation: up to $130,000 Pay that grows with your credentials — earn more as you add certifications Health insurance 401(k) & 401(k) match Paid time off, paid holidays, and separate sick and personal days Schedule & Caseload Our clinicians work a 3-4 day week — built for a sustainable pace, not volume 2 patients per hour — a manageable caseload, not a high-volume model Based in our Hoboken office, with collaboration across our Verona and Cedar Knolls locations What we're looking for Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program New Jersey PT license, or license-eligible with boards scheduled (we'll work around your NPTE timing) Current CPR/BLS certification Curious, coachable, and genuinely invested in getting better at this You want mentorship that is real, a caseload you can think about, and a place that will pay to make you a better clinician.
