Key Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to assess their physical capabilities and limitations. Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on the evaluation findings, clinical evidence, and patients' goals. Administering evidence-based therapies, employing a range of techniques tailored to orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies to maximize rehabilitation outcomes. Providing education and training to patients and their caregivers to enhance understanding and engagement in the rehabilitation process. Qualifications The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications: A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution recognized by APTA or

CAPTE. A

valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey. A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by proficiency in word processing and computer systems. Preferred Experience Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience in physical therapy practice.
