Physical Therapist (PT)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM | 40 hours/week | No weekends

Pay Rate:

Local (<50 miles): $62/hr - Negotiable Travel (>50 miles): $72/hr -

Negotiable Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and establish individualized plans of care Provide physical therapy interventions and treatment programs Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery Document patient care and interventions accurately Complete billing documentation appropriately Exercise independent clinical judgment with moderately complex cases Support clinical competency development and staff orientation Participate in student clinical instruction when applicable Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary care team

Requirements & Preferences:

Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program 0-4 years of PT experience preferred Acute care experience, preferably in a large academic medical setting Home health experience preferred Epic experience preferred Board certification in an applicable specialty is a plus Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills

Pay:

$62.00 - $72.00 per hour
