Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to provide physical therapy services to K-12 students across multiple schools within the district. The Physical Therapist will support students in developing and maintaining mobility, motor skills, physical functioning, and independence within the school environment. Key Responsibilities Provide physical therapy evaluations, assessments, and interventions for students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related-service providers, and families. Support student participation and mobility within the school environment. Monitor and document student progress and maintain required records. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to appropriate IEP goals and services. Provide recommendations and strategies to support students' functional and educational needs. Travel between multiple schools within the district as assigned. Required Qualifications Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey . Must be able to complete or obtain all required district/state onboarding requirements. Must be able to complete a TB test . Must complete a physical examination as required. Experience working with children or in a school-based setting is preferred. Work Schedule 35 hours per week | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-3:15
PM Pay:
$60.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
