Job Description:
Acute Medical Staffing is seeking a New Jersey-licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time opportunity with a busy orthopedic practice in Orange, NJ. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries, with a large portion of the patient population receiving care following motor vehicle accidents/personal injury cases . This is a high-volume setting, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable managing a steady caseload while providing quality patient care.
Responsibilities include:
Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team
Requirements:
Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Orthopedic experience preferred Experience treating motor vehicle accident/personal injury patients strongly preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
