Our established and growing home care practice is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist who combines clinical excellence with leadership potential and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will provide personalized physical therapy in patients' homes while helping shape the future of our therapy practice. Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted New Jersey Physical Therapist license Reliable transportation and a clean driving record Strong clinical assessment, treatment, and documentation skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to work independently in a home care environment Commitment to responsive, patient-centered care Preferred Qualifications Previous home health or home care experience Leadership, mentoring, or team-development experience Interest in practice development and healthcare operations Business acumen or a genuine desire to develop business and leadership skills A growth-oriented, self-directed approach to work Direct business-development experience is helpful but not required. We are interested in candidates who have the ability and motivation to grow into this part of the role.
