Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted New Jersey Physical Therapist license Reliable transportation and a clean driving record Strong clinical assessment, treatment, and documentation skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to work independently in a home care environment Commitment to responsive, patient-centered care Preferred Qualifications Previous home health or home care experience Leadership, mentoring, or team-development experience Interest in practice development and healthcare operations Business acumen or a genuine desire to develop business and leadership skills A growth-oriented, self-directed approach to work Direct business-development experience is helpful but not required.
