What You Will Do As a Physical Therapist, you will: Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations Develop individualized plans of care Progress and update treatment plans based on patient response Deliver skilled Physical Therapy interventions Utilize aquatic and land-based treatment strategies when appropriate Educate patients on movement, exercise, recovery, and long-term wellness Monitor patient progress and functional outcomes Collaborate with support staff and other members of the team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Help support team development as the practice grows Take on supervisory responsibilities within the clinic Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinical environment A Continuum of Care Beyond Traditional Rehabilitation One of the unique parts of Aquatic Performance & Therapy is the ability to help patients progress through different stages of recovery. Instead of rehabilitation ending when a patient is simply feeling better, our model creates opportunities to transition patients from Physical Therapy into strengthening, performance, aquatic exercise, and ongoing wellness programs. The facility incorporates specialized aquatic training equipment, including underwater treadmills, bikes, and resistance equipment designed to support low-impact strength and conditioning. Your Schedule This is a full-time Physical Therapist position with the following typical schedule:

Monday:

7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 6:30

PM Tuesday:

7:00 AM to 1:00

PM Wednesday:

7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 6:30

PM Thursday:

7:00 AM to 3:30

PM Friday:

7:00 AM to 1:00 PM No on-call responsibilities Appointments are typically 40 minutes , and support staff are available to help the clinical team.
