Work Environment The role operates onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Parlin, NJ. This environment is equipped with the latest technology and resources necessary to deliver comprehensive physical therapy services. The facility promotes a supportive atmosphere in which professional development is encouraged and collaboration among staff is highly regarded. The structured work schedule operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed assessments to identify patients' needs and set clear, achievable therapeutic goals. Design and implement customized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' physical function and mobility. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Maintain thorough documentation of patient evaluations, treatment protocols, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes, ensuring an integrated approach to rehabilitation. Stay informed about the latest clinical developments and incorporate best practices into your treatment methodologies. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic, post-surgical, and neurologically impaired individuals. This role demands an understanding of varying rehabilitation needs, as you will assist patients in regaining strength, mobility, and independence after injuries or surgeries. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding them through their recovery journeys, significantly impacting their long-term well-being. Qualifications A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required. A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey. A minimum of two years of practical experience providing physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting. A clean professional record, with no disciplinary actions or board actions against your practice. Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with patients and team members. Preferred Experience Ideal candidates will have a background in utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques and technologies, such as dry needling, therapeutic ultrasound, and functional movement screening. Experience in developing community outreach programs aimed at promoting wellness and injury prevention is also a plus. Compensation and Benefits Trigger Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary in the range of
USD 100,000 - 120,000
