Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type All Job Types Embark on a rewarding opportunity as a Physical Therapist supporting students in a school environment near Sicklerville, NJ. This flexible PRN position is perfect for professionals who are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful difference through individualized care. In this role, you will meet with one student two times each month, providing dedicated, one-on-one physical therapy sessions lasting 30 minutes each. Your expertise will help students achieve their physical goals, build confidence, and succeed both inside and outside of the classroom.
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations strongly preferred Strong background in healthcare-based physical therapy Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to varying student needs and collaborate with school staff and families Organization and time-management abilities appropriate for providing consistent PRN services
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized physical therapy interventions tailored to the student's needs Evaluate progress, track outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic support Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements Foster a positive, supportive environment that encourages student growth and participation This position offers a flexible schedule well-suited for professionals looking to supplement their existing caseload or seeking a role with minimal time commitment.
