What We're Looking For:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) Experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings preferred Strong evaluation and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers Compassion, patience, and adaptability when working with students with varied needsKey Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for one student, ensuring all necessary assessments and documentation are completed accurately Deliver direct physical therapy services to two students for a total of 60 minutes per week, focused on personalized goals and progress Develop individualized treatment plans, providing ongoing support and adjusting interventions as needed Track and report progress, contributing to IEP meetings and communicating regularly with teachers and parents or guardians Maintain necessary records in compliance with school and district requirements Enjoy the flexibility of a part-time schedule—approximately 5 hours per week—allowing you to make an impact while accommodating your other commitments, passions, or professional pursuits.
