Los Alamos, New Mexico About the Role More Placements is partnering with an outpatient orthopedic clinic to hire a Clinic Director. This full-time role oversees both the Los Alamos and Santa Fe locations while continuing to carry a patient caseload. The practice is built around a true one on one care model, giving therapists 45 minute patient visits with no overlapping or double booked schedules. The Clinic Director will lead a team of staff PTs across both sites while helping maintain this unhurried, high quality standard of care. Responsibilities Oversee clinical operations at the Los Alamos and Santa Fe locations Continue treating patients within an outpatient orthopedic caseload Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to staff PTs at both locations Evaluate and treat patients using a one on one, 45 minute visit model Develop and adjust plans of care based on patient progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation Help build and reinforce a collaborative, supportive clinic culture Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current or eligible New Mexico physical therapy license 3 to 5 years of experience preferred Prior leadership or clinic management experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient centered, one on one care Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Flexible start and end times between 7 AM and 6 PM Approximately 40 hours per week Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $86,000 to $123,000 per year based on experience Productivity bonus opportunities Group health insurance including dental and vision Paid time off 401(k) plan Mentorship program Why Join Us This role offers the opportunity to lead a growing two location practice built on genuine one on one patient care, strong mentorship, and a supportive clinic culture.
