In this fast-paced, collaborative role, you will assess functional limitations, design evidence-based treatment plans, and guide patients through rehabilitative therapies to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. You'll partner with interdisciplinary teams, document care in EMR systems, and leverage StaffDNA's mobile-first tools to optimize scheduling, transparency, and communication. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical function, mobility, and pain levels using standardized assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe mobility Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to coordinate holistic care Document assessments, treatment, and progress notes accurately in the EMR system Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical outcomes Ensure compliance with state practice regulations, payer requirements, and Staff DNA policies Use Staff DNA's technology platform to manage schedules, assignments, and communication Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives Required Skills Patient evaluation and functional assessment Therapeutic exercise prescription Manual therapy techniques Neuromuscular re-education Gait and balance training Pain management modalities (e.g., e-stim, ultrasound, heat/cold) Treatment planning and care coordination EMR documentation and clinical reporting Patient and family education Knowledge of orthopedic and neurologic rehab
