Job Description

Part-time School Physical Therapist position for a 36-week assignment in or near Henderson, Nevada. The role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in student health.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver school-based physical therapy services to students with varied needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Monitor student progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes Document all treatments and maintain accurate records in the EMR system
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution or equivalent Current State Physical Therapist license CPR certification Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist in a school setting or similar environment Strong understanding of school-based therapy and student needs Ability to work part-time days Excellent communication and soft skills Background checks Reliable transportation Ability to adhere to school policies and procedures
