Zuppa Physical Therapy is an innovative and growing physical therapy practice currently looking for a Full-time physical therapist at our modern and energetic facility. We are in search of a like-minded physical therapist that is passionate about manual physical therapy, ready to adopt a fitness forward treatment model and embraces the fact that we are are here on earth to serve others with our unique skill set. Our practice is well known for its unique hands on treatment methods coupled with one-on-one treatment sessions. At Zuppa Physical Therapy, patient care is top priority. Patients receive a comprehensive, biomechanically-driven evaluation and treatment plan customized for their specific impairments and functional limitations. We provide individualized, one-on-one physical therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. We have multiple private treatment rooms and a spacious gym area for therapeutic exercise. Our distinctive treatments focus on manual therapy, complimented with expert exercise prescription and patient education. Our mission is to attain successful, long-lasting outcomes for our patients by treating the source of the condition, instead of the symptoms. At Zuppa Physical Therapy, our practice is driven by superlative care, and not by sheer patient volume. We treat a wide variety of conditions including general orthopaedic, post-surgical care, sports-related injuries, and neuromuscular rehabilitation. Check us out at ZuppaPT.com Physical Therapist Qualifications and Skills Valid NYS Physical Therapy License Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy Solid manual therapy skill set, and is always striving to better their clinical skills The completion of continuing education courses in the discipline of manual therapy Experience or willingness to learn how to use one of the industry's leading EMR systems Energetic and passionate about physical therapy Dedicated to helping their patients succeed Manual therapy certification or working towards certification will be highly looked upon A potential candidate with a unique skill set or niche such as women's health / pelvic floor rehabilitation is highly encouraged to apply for this unique opportunity to expand and grow their physical therapy craft as Zuppa Physical Therapy will assist in fostering their unique skills Compensation and Benefits Compensation will be competitive and commensurate of experience Performance pay will be implemented pending case load Starting 3 weeks of PTO 3 Health insurance and dental plans offered for which 20% of premium will be covered by employer, Eligible Immediately Retirement Investment available Subscription to top rated EMR system ( Web PT ) and company laptop will be provided Subscription to
