Fulton, NY Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday |
No Weekends Salary:
$70,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience

Quarterly Productivity Bonus Position Overview A growing outpatient physical therapy practice in Fulton, NY is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its collaborative and patient-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Physical Therapist or a motivated new graduate who is looking for strong mentorship, continued professional development, schedule flexibility, and long-term career growth. The practice primarily focuses on outpatient orthopedics while treating a diverse patient population that includes sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and vestibular patients. What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide evidence-based treatment in an outpatient clinical setting Treat a variety of orthopedic, sports, post-operative, neurological, and vestibular conditions Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with other therapists and members of the clinical team Participate in ongoing clinical education and professional development Deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining appropriate productivity expectations Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented clinic culture Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Current New York Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain New York licensure New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Desire to continue learning and developing professionally Positive, team-oriented attitude Strong communication and organizational skills Interest in future leadership opportunities is a plus, but not required Schedule This is a full-time position with a flexible weekday schedule.
Clinic Hours:
Monday-Thursday:
7:00 AM-7:00
PM Friday:
7:00 AM-4:00 PM No weekends Therapist schedules are structured to provide a combination of earlier and later shifts while accommodating both patient demand and work-life balance. Professional Development & Mentorship Professional growth is a major focus of the organization.
Physical Therapists have access to:

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
