Job Description
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to evaluate patients, develop care plans and administer or direct the administration of physical agents and procedures utilized in rehabilitative medicine as pre-scribed by a referring physician, taking into account the individual patient's special physical or age-related needs.Education:
Possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy.Preferred:
Possess a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy.Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Possess a New York State Physical Therapist License. Possess CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) certification.Experience:
Possess no prior experience. New graduate is acceptable. On-the-job training will be provided to new graduates for up to 6 months.Preferred:
