This position involves working with two medically fragile students at the middle/high school level, offering dedicated care and specialized attention to help each achieve their individual therapy goals. Services are required three times per week for 30 minutes per student, allowing you to build strong, meaningful connections and closely monitor their progress throughout the school year and beyond.

What Youll Bring:

Active licensure and certification as a Physical Therapist Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings, preferably with medically fragile populations Compassionate, patient-centered approach to student care Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and nursing staff Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet individualized needs and respond to evolving requirements Clear understanding of school PT documentation and compliance expectations

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized PT sessions on a consistent schedule for two students, focusing on functional and mobility goals Document student progress, maintain thorough records, and communicate updates to educational teams Collaborate with teachers, aides, and nursing personnel to ensure an integrated support system for each student Adjust therapy plans based on student response, medical updates, and feedback from the care team Adhere to school policies, state regulations, and best physical therapy practices
