ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and establish individualized plans of care.
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered treatment.
Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
Accurately document patient care using our EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
Foster meaningful relationships with patients, teammates, and referral partners.
Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture.
QualificationsDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Current or eligible Physical Therapist license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional care.
