Orthopedic injuries Post-operative rehabilitation Recreational and competitive athletes Runners Active adults High school and collegiate athletes We combine individualized patient care with evidence-based treatment and strong relationships with local physicians, athletic organizations, and our community. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations. Develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans. Deliver one-on-one patient care focused on restoring function and improving performance. Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient progress. Maintain timely and accurate documentation using our electronic medical record. Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness. Participate in community outreach programs, educational events, and injury prevention initiatives. Collaborate with our sports performance division (FORTE) as opportunities arise. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $62,500 to $68,000 annually , based on experience, productivity, and professional growth.

Current New York State Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification, or equivalent CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain certification prior to employment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for orthopedic and sports physical therapy. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
