Sutton Park Center has Full-time and Per diem opportunities for Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities/duties:
Work collaboratively with all therapy teams and Complete evaluations and all necessary documentation Provide recommendations supporting communications/assessments Provide therapy as outlined in treatment plans and prescriptions Offer treatments that help improve patient's inabilities and/or challenges Independently manage workflow which includes allotting time for treatment documentation of individual treatments and notes in the electronic records system Familiar with PDPM Align therapy treatments and plans with an understanding of Medicaid and Medicare billing
Qualifications:
New York License Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities and ability levels Creative problem-solving skills We offer: Great environment with a supportive management team Career advancement opportunity
Required License/Certifications:
PT License Salary:
$46.00-58.00 per hour (salary differs for per diem and full-time)
