Job Description

Overview ATC Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various therapeutic techniques and a passion for helping patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. This role requires working in diverse settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and community care environments.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Deliver physical therapy services that promote mobility, function, and pain reduction. Document patient care in compliance with NYSDOH and Article 28 guidelines. Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff for integrated care. Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home care strategies.
Requirements:
Current New York State Physical Therapist License (Required) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in an Article 28 facility is a plus (not required - training available) New graduates are welcome to apply
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
