Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Physical Therapy is required Valid state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in a school or similar setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school teams Flexibility, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct physical therapy services to students with a variety of needs as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Evaluate, develop, and implement customized treatment plans aimed at improving students mobility, function, and participation in school activities Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and allied health professionals to support students progress in academic and functional settings Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and assist in the development of IEP goals and progress reports
