This full-time, on-site role welcomes both seasoned Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Clinical Fellows (CFY) who have a passion for making a meaningful impact in pediatric education. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Demonstrated experience or strong desire to work in pediatric and school-based settings Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support academic and social development Provide direct therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to optimize student outcomes Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with state and district requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
