Key Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy services as indicated on students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct thorough evaluations and reevaluations to assess students' needs and document progress Attend and actively participate in Committee on Special Education (CSE) meetings Establish clear communication with teachers, staff, and parents to support each student's therapy goals Design and update therapy plans tailored to individual student requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Experience working with elementary and middle school populations is highly valued Background providing therapy in educational settings, with familiarity in IEP procedures Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
