Job Description
Marden Rehabilitation provides Home Health services in our patients' homes as well as local assisted living facilities. Our goal is to provide our clients with a seamless continuity of quality care, from in-facility care to their own homes. A flexible PRN schedule Excellent per visit rates Online documentation Company provided tablet and suppliesPaid Mileage Responsibilities and Duties:
Evaluate and re-evaluate patients to determine plan of care. Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions Complete related documentation. Educate patients and care providers on recovery process. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.Qualifications/Experience:
Ohio Physical Therapist License Current CPR certification Experience in a Home Health setting preferred Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance We'd love to have you on our team!
