Supplemental Health Care is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for contract assignments at a long term acute care facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Qualifications:

Current Physical Therapy licensure in Ohio Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy Minimum 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel

Contract Details:

$2,010 - $2,218 per week

• 13-week contract with possibility of extension Long Term Acute Care facility

Key Responsibilities:

Physical Therapist will provide PT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines. Physical Therapist will need to have effective communication skills for working with patients, their families, and other caregivers.
