Full-time, travel positionDesired Experience & Qualifications:
Licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Ohio, in good standing Experience in hospital/clinic outpatient therapy preferred Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development Familiarity with safety standards and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environmentKey Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services Ensure functional treatment programs for effective community reintegration Complete timely and accurate medical record documentation Uphold organizational protocols, core values, and patient/employee safety standards Contribute to performance improvement and participate in educational programsPerks & Benefits:
