Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy services for K-4th grade, in accordance with students' Individualized Education Plans Conduct assessments and create tailored therapy plans to support student development Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate therapy recommendations in the classroom environment Monitor progress, prepare brief documentation, and participate as needed in team meetings Serve as a resource, sharing knowledge of adaptive strategies and assistive devices if applicable
