9669395-43830 Job Description Make an impact in the lives of young learners by providing part-time Physical Therapy services in a dedicated school setting. This contract opportunity allows you to work onsite two days each week, supporting a diverse student community from PreK through 12th grade. Youll have a manageable caseload of 21 students, giving you the chance to deliver individualized attention and care while collaborating with supportive educators and staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Experience working with school-aged children (PreK-12) Familiarity with school-based documentation and IEP processes Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to engage students and adapt interventions to a range of needs and abilities Previous school experience preferred, but open to therapists eager to transition to an educational setting

Responsibilities:

Evaluate students physical therapy needs as part of multidisciplinary teams Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with educational goals and IEP requirements Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services onsite Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to ensure comprehensive support Maintain detailed session notes and progress reports compliant with district and state guidelines Participate in team meetings as needed to discuss student progress and recommendations
