Travel contract; schedule details provided upon interviewRequired Qualifications & Experience:
Valid PT license for practice in Ohio, or eligibility to obtain Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Prior experience in an outpatient or hospital setting strongly preferred Exceptional clinical reasoning and documentation skills Strong communication skills with a passion for education—patients, families, and peers Commitment to evidence-based care, patient safety, and ethical standardsKey Responsibilities:
Independently complete thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician directives Implement and adjust therapy programs to promote functional recovery and return to community activity Document all aspects of patient care clearly and timely per regulatory and clinic policies Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services appropriately Educate patients, families, students, and staff, participating in student supervision as needed Adhere to personal and patient safety protocols and promote a safe work environment Engage in ongoing professional development and assist with clinic performance improvement initiativesWhat You'll Love:
