Uplift Pelvic Health is a growing women's pelvic health practice and strength studio in Edmond, OK. We work with women across the lifespan—from pregnancy and postpartum through menopause and beyond—helping them understand their bodies, resolve pain and pelvic floor symptoms, and return to the activities and strength training they love. We are looking for a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist who is passionate about women's health and wants to grow clinically in a supportive, collaborative environment. What makes Uplift different? We believe pelvic health PT should be about more than having patients lie on a table and teaching kegels. Our approach combines pelvic health, orthopedic physical therapy, strength training, movement, and patient education . Our patients are runners, lifters, mothers, athletes, and women who simply want to feel strong and confident in their bodies. You'll have the opportunity to treat a wide variety of pelvic health conditions, including: Pregnancy and postpartum concerns Urinary incontinence and urgency Pelvic organ prolapse Pelvic pain Pain with intercourse Endometriosis-related pelvic pain Vaginismus and vestibulodynia Bowel and colorectal dysfunction Diastasis recti and abdominal wall concerns Return to running and impact Return to strength training and barbell lifting Menopause-related pelvic health concerns Your role You will provide one-on-one pelvic health physical therapy while developing your clinical skills and expertise within a growing specialty practice.
Responsibilities include:
Performing comprehensive pelvic health evaluations Developing individualized treatment plans Providing internal and external pelvic floor examinations when appropriate and within your training Utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, breathing and pressure-management strategies, and functional movement Helping patients understand their symptoms and participate actively in their recovery Progressing patients toward meaningful functional goals—including exercise, running, lifting, and return to sport Collaborating with other clinicians and referring providers when appropriate Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently Participating in ongoing clinical mentorship and professional development Mentorship & Professional Development We want you to become an excellent pelvic health clinician , not simply be up to your elbows in patients! Uplift provides a structured mentorship program and ongoing clinical education to help our clinicians feel confident and well prepared to help women with pelvic health symptoms Mentorship includes discussion of clinical reasoning, examination techniques, treatment strategies, and challenging patient cases. We are particularly interested in clinicians who want to continue developing skills in areas such as: Pelvic pain Pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation Bowel and bladder dysfunction Sexual health Menopause Prolapse Manual therapy Strength and conditioning Return to running Orthopedic conditions in the pelvic health population If there is an area of pelvic health you are particularly passionate about, we want to help you develop it. Who we're looking for We are looking for someone who is: Clinically curious. You want to understand why a patient is experiencing symptoms rather than simply treating the diagnosis. Patient-centered. You can make patients feel safe, heard, respected, and empowered—especially when discussing sensitive topics. Growth-oriented. You enjoy learning and want mentorship rather than practicing in isolation. Convicted, passionate but humble. You don't need to know everything. You do need to be willing to ask questions, receive feedback, and continue improving. Movement-oriented. You believe women should be able to run, lift, jump, exercise, have sex, and participate fully in their lives. Self-directed. You can manage your patients independently while recognizing when collaboration or referral is appropriate. Experience Pelvic health experience is preferred, but we are open to the right clinician who is newer to pelvic health and eager to develop expertise. We are especially interested in candidates with backgrounds or interests in: Women's health Orthopedics Sports medicine Strength & conditioning Pregnancy/postpartum rehabilitation Pelvic health Additional pelvic health training is a plus, but we value clinical reasoning, work ethic, and willingness to learn just as highly. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and clinical schedule Structured clinical mentorship Continuing education support/opportunities Flexible scheduling One-on-one patient care No high-volume treatment mills Collaborative clinical environment Opportunity to grow within a rapidly developing women's health practice Opportunity to develop specialty areas and take ownership of clinical programs Membership in our women's strength studio and opportunities to teach small group classes and community workshops as desired The Uplift Environment We are building something different. Uplift is intentionally designed to feel professional, modern, welcoming, and empowering —not like a traditional medical clinic. Our clinic and strength studio exist under the same roof because we believe rehabilitation shouldn't end when symptoms improve. We want our patients to progress from "I don't know what's wrong with me" → "I understand my body" → "I feel capable" → "I'm strong." If that philosophy resonates with you, we'd love to meet you. To Apply Please send your resume and a brief introduction letter telling us: Why pelvic health interests you What type of patients you most enjoy working with What you'd like to become better at clinically over the next 1-2 years
