Next Level Sports Performance & Therapy

Performance Physical Therapist

Job Description

Full-time / Part-time • On-site Tired of 10-minute sessions, generic exercise sheets, and rushing between 3 patients an hour? If you want to practice the way you were actually trained to, full one-on-one time, real evaluations, and a plan built around each patient's sport and goals, we want to talk to you. About Next Level Next Level Sports Performance & Therapy is built around one idea: real time, real care. We exist because most athletes and active people have been let go by rushed, high-volume care that treats symptoms instead of causes. Every patient gets a full hour, one-on-one, with a therapist who actually watches them move and explains what's really going on. The Role As our Performance Physical Therapist, you'll conduct full evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions with athletes and active adults, from post-surgical rehab to sport-specific performance limitations. Every new patient starts with an evaluation-only visit, no treatment until there's a real diagnosis and a clear plan. From there, you'll build criterion-based return-to-sport programs incorporating manual therapy, dry needling, and strength and conditioning programming tailored to each person's sport and goals. You won't be managing a wall of patients at once. You'll have the time to actually solve the problem in front of you.
