Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Oklahoma state physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. New graduates will be considered if they have extensive outpatient orthopedics experience during clinical rotations. Experience evaluating and developing treatment plans, documenting in medical records, and delivering outpatient therapy services. Ability to supervise and provide direction to support staff and students as assigned. Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education as required by the state practice act. 13-week assignment availability preferred.

Outpatient orthopedic caseload and general outpatient therapy patients.
