As the Practice Owner, you become the face of therapy in the community. You build the relationships. You develop the referral network. You shape the clinical culture. You grow the practice. You'll have the opportunity to: Become the trusted PT/OT resource within the community Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and care teams Develop a sustainable referral network Create a therapy presence that becomes part of the community's culture Deliver function-focused, meaningful clinical care Partner with community leadership around mobility, independence, cognition, safety, and quality of life Build a practice that can grow with the community Who is this for?
