We're seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists to join a collaborative and supportive rehab team in a Northern California beach town nestled along the Oregon border. About the Role We are actively hiring for multiple PT roles: You'll work alongside a dedicated team of therapists including PTs, OTs, SLPs, and rehab aides. Our therapy services span across acute care, inpatient rehab, and outpatient therapy—giving you the chance to grow your skillset across a variety of settings. One of our team members holds a neuro specialty certification, and mentorship is part of our culture.

Deliver bedside and gym-based therapy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Supervise therapy assistants and aides
Serve as a clinical instructor for assigned students
Ensure compliance with all local/state/federal guidelines Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in California (or eligible)
BLS certification (Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider)
2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting Perks & Benefits $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
