Approximately 2-3 weeks Responsibilities As a Staff Physical Therapist, you will: Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and functional independence. Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, transfer training, strengthening, manual therapy, and pain management. Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, body mechanics, and fall prevention. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and ensure compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications Active Oregon Physical Therapist License required. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Previous experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, Post-Acute Care, Assisted Living, or Geriatric Rehabilitation is preferred but not required. Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and patient care skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. Why Join Our Team?
